Dr. Mallary Tytel Entrepreneur, Coach, Researcher, Speaker Mallary is president and founder of Healthy Workplaces, a national consulting firm that focuses on best practices in leadership development, executive and high potential coaching, human systems dynamics, organizational culture and strategic thinking for individuals and corporations.
She is the former CEO of an international nonprofit education, training and human resource development corporation; has served as a key advisor to senior-level civilian and military personnel within the U.S. Department of Defense; has provided oversight and coordination for three Congressionally-mandated pilot programs for hig-risk populations in 16 communities across the country; and created and delivered an innovative leadership training program to over 40 military communities worldwide.
An expert source, Mallary is often quoted in the media, including the New York Times, Entrepreneur Magazine and the Chronicle of Philanthropy and has appeared on CNBC and ABC World News This Morning. She has presented at conferences throughout the U.S. and Canada and is also a regular contributor to BusinessWeek.com.
Mallary has a Ph.D. in Public Health Promotion and Organizational Systems from the Union Institute and University and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. She is a Certified Executive Coach, Registered Corporate Coach and Mediator, as well as an Adjunct faculty member and executive coach for the Center for Creative Leadership. In her spare time she is chairman of the board of the Prevention Think Tank™, which she cofounded, writes and mentors budding women entrepreneurs.
